About the Role
The role will be responsible for day-to-day management, team leadership and coordination across Section to foster, innovate and lead Council in a complex area of systems management requiring significant understanding of how to integrate sustainability across the entire energy, carbon, water, environmental, financial/business cycles within council and across the community, including an integrative approach with business/industry to drive sustainable urban management and development.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience in providing specialist sustainability, (including finance, administration and business) practice and applied research within government, community, and industry sectors, including behaviour change models, community capacity building and business-industry transformation systems and processes,
Demonstrated experience in the utilisation of computer-based technologies and programs such as various environmental management systems and approaches for energy, water, nature and people; smart technology integration spatial technology; and standard operating software such as the Microsoft XP and the Office Suite of applications.
