Our Tradie Hub facility is a dynamic space designed to support tradespeople, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Co-ordinator to lead our Tradie Hub initiative. This role is central to the success of our project, focusing on developing and implementing programs, building strategic partnerships, and engaging with the community to ensure high levels of participation and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development / Relationship Management:
Prospect for potential new customers and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and engaging with businesses and members of the Hedland community.
- Community engagement / Customer service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Be responsible for all digital (email, social media) and face to face conversations about PHCCI Tradie Hub.
- Administration / Space Management / Reporting:
Day-to-day administration tasks at PHCCI Tradie Hub, and working on functionality and organisation of space. Report on activities and performance of PHCCI Tradie Hub to the PHCCI committee
- Project Coordination:
Work in collaboration with key project stakeholders to deliver on various aspects of the project including engaging with businesses and community to identify business potential for “PHCCI Tradie Hub”. Ensure smooth functioning of "PHCCI Tradie Hub" in conjunction with other PHCCI activities.
Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain new/existing relationships
- Demonstrated ability to organise self, information and others
- Driven, motivated, superior organisational skills, strong customer-service orientation and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated, proactive approach to problem-solving across a range of contexts.
- IT experience not essential, but you must be comfortable with software tools and be ready to learn new systems.
