As a Coordinator – Work Planning, you will manage and coordinate the preparation of our regional work program (scheduling, programming, reporting and engaging customers) to ensure activities are carried out and assets operate as intended.
You will review the work program and check work has been completed accurately and within resource constraints.
You will also provide process support, training and coaching within the region and monitor the overall effectiveness of the region’s work program and planning processes to optimise the outcome for Water Corporation.
Having solid customer relationship and interpersonal skills, you will support effective delivery of works with our key stakeholders.
Having experience with systems like Maximo, SAP, and Power BI will be an advantage.
Ultimately, you will have a broad understanding of field-based service delivery functions and the potential risk associated with ineffective delivery of planned operations activities and preventative maintenance.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Karratha Regional Office.

Employees in the Northwest region have the opportunity to work 1 hour of overtime each day at the applicable overtime rate.
We offer annual leave travel concessions. This is where you are entitled to claim additional annual leave travel days to compensate for additional travel time associated when travelling to holiday destinations from the Northwest Region.
Residing above the 26th Parallel, you will be entitled to an additional 38-hour annual leave per year in addition to the standard entitlement. That’s 5 weeks’ worth of annual leave per year!

Qualifications and experience.
· Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and considerable experience in field work scheduling, planning or work management in a large infrastructure-based service organisation.
OR
· Substantial experience in field work scheduling, planning or management in a large infrastructure-based service organisation.
· You will require a valid WA Driver’s licence.
