The Opportunity
Our awesome Corporate Affairs Team has responsibility for both the organisation's external Corporate Affairs and communications, and internal employee communications. It leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance and protect the organisation's reputation; to drive engagement with and educate and inform our key stakeholders, and to support our people and our culture by driving our internal communications and engagement with staff.
We're looking for a gun Corporate Affairs Advisor to join the team in Melbourne and work across the disciplines of corporate communications, internal communications as well as media and stakeholder relations. This key role within the team supports the implementation and delivery of Corporate Affairs strategy and provides high-level administrative support.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Corporate Communications
- Support the implementation of our LinkedIn strategy, social media monitoring and reporting.
- Support the leveraging of our corporate/industry memberships, including managing hosted events.
- Conduct research to support and inform speeches, presentations and messaging.
- Support our corporate publications process including information gathering, proofreading, copy development and publishing.
- Coordinate video and photography requirements, manage public email inbox flow as well as manage website updates.
- Assist with writing, editing and proof-reading content for internal channels and publication of material on myConnect (the Agency's intranet)
- Creating engaging internal presentations and support internal events including planning an implementation in collaboration with our Workplace Experience team.
- Media monitoring support, research and develop media responses, coordinate the media training program and oversee the media contact database.
- Support the organisation's Reputation Management Network.
- Research and monitor industry-related political and regulatory developments.
- Support preparation of briefings to Agency executives in external engagements including the Agency's Senate Estimates and Questions on Notice response processes.
