My Plan Group Pty Ltd is a growing South Australian based financial services firm holding an Australian Financial Services Licence since 2021. We offer services to advice practices and advisers who operate as Corporate Authorised Representatives and Sub-Authorised Representatives of our dealer group. 

Running an advice practice can be challenging which is why any transition between licensees should be a cost-effective and efficient proposition. At My Plan, we assess every application to join our dealer group and consider potential synergies when preparing a competitive and customised offer. We then make the transition and onboarding as smooth as possible so there is minimal impact to your daily operations. 

Although going directly to a large Australian Financial Services Licensee may have its benefits - often the fees charged can be quite excessive particularly for smaller practices or individual advisers. Whether you're an established firm or an adviser looking to start your own practice, we provide an extensive range of cost-effective solutions to suit your current situation and changing needs.

This role will suit a small Advice Practice, or Existing Adviser looking to go out on your own, while becoming a Corporate Authorised Representativeof My Plan Group. 

Ideally, you should have broad experience and qualifications across most areas of advice including: 

• Retirement Planning
• Superannuation
• Investments 
• Centrelink
• Budgeting & Cash Flow Management
• Risk Insurance

You have worked hard to nurture your existing client relationships and are passionate about supporting your clients in achieving their financial goals. 

You have passed or are working towards meeting the 2026 FASEA education standards to continue providing advice, or you're looking for a back-seat position while an experienced adviser of the Group continues to provide advice to your clients. 

• Have an existing financial advice practice and looking for a new Licensee.
• Have a Book of Clients looking for a new home in the short term.
• Have at least three years' experience providing personalised financial advice to clients.
• Have met FASEA minimum education standards.
• Have a strong compliance track record.

Due to the volume of applications only candidates deemed to have met most of the criteria will be considered for progress of their application.

• Weekly payments cycle and comprehensive commission reporting.
• An extensive and well-researched Approved Product List.
• Outsourced paraplanning arrangements and extended third-party services.
• Full access to extensive training, compliance support, and CPD software.
• Iress or Xplan integrations.
