- Collaborate with the Corporate Facilities Coordinator to provide comprehensive mail room services.
- Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably set up with functioning equipment and furnishings.
- Develop and maintain best practices in concierge services alongside the Corporate Facilities team.
- Offer a warm welcome to all clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable reception experience.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with promptness and professionalism.
- Oversee the presentation and maintenance of meeting and reception areas.
- Manage bookings, resources, and assist with mailroom operations as needed.
- Maintain stock levels for kitchen consumables and stationery supplies.
- Process invoices and raise purchase orders using SAP.
- Support security and visitor pass management.
- Perform Fire Warden duties and manage parking requests.
