Our Client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Concierge & Admin Assistant to join their team in Alexandria. This part-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Corporate Facilities Coordinator to provide comprehensive mail room services.

Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably set up with functioning equipment and furnishings. Develop and maintain best practices in concierge services alongside the Corporate Facilities team. Offer a warm welcome to all clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable reception experience.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries with promptness and professionalism. Oversee the presentation and maintenance of meeting and reception areas. Manage bookings, resources, and assist with mailroom operations as needed.

Maintain stock levels for kitchen consumables and stationery supplies. Process invoices and raise purchase orders using SAP.Support security and visitor pass management. Perform Fire Warden duties and manage parking requests.
