Our Client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Concierge & Admin Assistant to join their team in Alexandria. This part-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Corporate Facilities Coordinator to provide comprehensive mail room services.
• Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably set up with functioning equipment and furnishings.
• Develop and maintain best practices in concierge services alongside the Corporate Facilities team.
• Offer a warm welcome to all clients and visitors, ensuring a memorable reception experience.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with promptness and professionalism.
• Oversee the presentation and maintenance of meeting and reception areas.
• Manage bookings, resources, and assist with mailroom operations as needed.
• Maintain stock levels for kitchen consumables and stationery supplies.
• Process invoices and raise purchase orders using SAP.
• Support security and visitor pass management.
• Perform Fire Warden duties and manage parking requests.
