Job Description

This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to join an industry leader offering a clear career path and empowering you with the most comprehensive tools and infrastructure for your success.As a custodian of the workplace, you are responsible for:· Administration, operation, and management of the workplace· Audio Visual and basic IT support· Meeting room management and set-up· Ensuring the workplace is presented, maintained, and utilised to its design· Facilities administration and mail / parcel management· Assisting employees with day-to-day enquiries· Responding to and implementing changes to the workplace and processes as required· Possess Events experience or food & beverage service· Warmly welcoming visitors, access control and contractor management and providing secure building access· Maintaining immaculate presentation of lobby, reception, and workplace areas· Monitoring and responding to all requests via email, phone or in person· VIP escort and hosting & Executive Boardroom support
Qualifications
