Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic and high-performing advertising agency. The role entails providing front-of-house concierge service, focusing on delivering the highest standards of client care. This is a full-time position with flexible starting times to accommodate your schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a nimble, fast-paced, independent agency team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the client space is impeccably prepared for our guests
  • Warmly welcoming guests and providing top-notch service to meet their needs
  • Managing traffic flow in the Front of House area
  • Maintaining the visitor register
  • Managing and issuing contractor/temporary security passes

About You: To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional presentation and attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve queries professionally
  • Previous Reception/Concierge experience in a corporate environment
  • High adaptability and flexibility to work independently
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing a busy switchboard
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
  • Warm and friendly, with a sociable personality
  • Quick learner with a high level of attention to detail
