With a long list of highly valued clients, this company is looking for an office administrator who is committed to upholding a bubbly yet professional attitude and provide a welcoming environment for all. Based in CBD fringe, you will assist in the day-day running of the office.
The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will be well presented and support a team of busy professionals. Your main duties will involve but are not limited to, managing incoming calls, calendar schedules and preparing formal report summaries from meetings. You will bring an enthusiastic approach to your work and be comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously. This company is looking for an energetic go-getter who will embrace the creative yet innovative workplace culture. If you possess a honed eye for detail and can organise high volumes of work in a systematic manner, then this might be the perfect role for you!
Like to Know More
The successful candidate will hold previous Receptionist / Administration (+1 years) experience and sound competency across Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook). Your bright energy will make you the go-to person in the office, where you will be proactive and help wherever needed. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise is paramount. You will be quick-witted and can assess situations and come to a useful course of action. We are not only looking for someone who can do the job, but someone who will bring their cheerful personality and truly add to the culture.
