Our client requires a Corporate Governance Officer to join their busy team for a temporary period of 6 weeks. This is with a government client based in Perth’s western suburbs.
Your new role
As a Corporate Governance Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Provide secretariat support to the risk and audit team
Provide support and oversight of the organisation’s governance function
Provide corporate policy and governance for staff
Undertake research to develop governance policies
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
Sound policy and research skills
Knowledge of government and parliamentary functions
Project coordination experience
Well demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
