Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for an Immigration Lawyer to join our Advisory & Compliance practice.
THE ROLE
As an Immigration Lawyer, you will report to a Senior Associate or Director but also have the opportunity to work with other members of the Advisory & Compliance team.
You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters such as labour agreements, compliance audits, legal advisory / consulting work and work verification services.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will be a legal practitioner in Australia and ideally comes with at least 2-3 years immigration experience. Strong research and submission / advice drafting skills are essential.
You will be a team player, possess superior written and oral communication skills, be highly organised to plan and manage high volumes of work in a busy environment and integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy, but fun, team environment.
