What we do
The work is very interesting, varied and challenging, and includes:
- JV/partnership structuring and dispute resolution
- Sale of business and share transactions
- IP protection and commercialisation
- Supply and distribution arrangements, including internationally
- Development applications, liquor licensing, ACCC authorisations and other business-related regulatory matters
- Legal advice for Not-For-Profit entities including establishment, structuring, corporate governance, company secretarial, amendments to constitutions, and ACNC compliance
- Commercial dispute resolution
The successful applicant will have:
- High standards in regards to quality, prompt service, and professionalism
- A desire to be the best lawyer they can be
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strengths in effectively assisting less experienced team members to develop their own skills
- A good practical commercial awareness, and readiness to seek out and apply themselves to practice promotion and networking opportunities in the business community
Remuneration on commencement will be an all-inclusive package commensurate with demonstrated experience and skills, and will be market-leading. A part time and WFH role would be considered for the right candidate.
