Corporate Insurance Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for the retention and growth of a portfolio of mid-market accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business opportunities in collaboration with the Growth team, and expanding the range of Marsh products and services offered to our clients.

We will count on you to:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Lead, plan, and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies to meet client expectations.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management, and insurance needs to ensure our services meet their expectations.
- Meet and exceed service standards agreed upon in the client's service agreement.
- Work with the Corporate Leader to prepare, manage, implement, and achieve state business plans, strategies, and goals.
- Maximize account profitability through efficient work practices, client billing, and expense control.
- Contribute to the company's profit objectives by effectively managing revenue and expense budgets.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients, creating and converting new business and growth opportunities.
- Extensive technical skills in key General Insurance classes, including Industrial Special Risks, General Liability, Motor Fleet, Marine, and Accident & Health lines.
- Strong business acumen, including a well-rounded knowledge of general business functions such as finance, management, and risk.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations, including the C-suite, as well as internal Marsh stakeholders.
