Will be an Associate level Corporate Insurance Regulatory or Litigation Lawyer who provides clients with corporate advisory, transactional and dispute resolution services.
You will have expertise in Australian regulatory and compliance matters, including in the context of ASIC, APRA and ACCC approvals and investigations.
Your work
Being a coverage adviser for claims made under directors’ & officers’ liability and crime insurance policies, advise your corporate clients on internal fraud investigations and international risk and compliance issues including foreign bribery, sanctions and international trade measures.
