Julyardi Aboriginal Corporation is looking for an experienced and passionate leader who will help guide Julyardi through a period of growth.
As Corporate Manager you will be able to lead our people and culture, policy, governance, compliance and risk. You will also be able to be hand on with new projects.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCES
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective human resource management policies to meet business outcomes, including the establishment of a framework to monitor and report on the policy objectives.
GOVERNANCE
• Key focus areas include but not limited to:
- Policy and procedure management;
- Elected member engagement and administration;
- Meetings/agenda/minute management for Board;
- Code of Conduct management;
- Annual review processes.
ORGANISATIONAL WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY:
• Oversee the implementation and management of the WHS policy, procedures and programs, training and the identification of workplace risk control.
• Ensure people managers take the responsibility for the control of workplace risk and implementation of maintenance procedures to ensure workplace safety in their areas of responsibility.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of JAC’s information technology, including information security and data protection.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (IM)
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the information management services.
• Promote awareness and ensure legislative compliance in all aspects of information management.
