Join our dynamic National Marketing and Communications team as a Marketing and Business Development Manager!
Collaborate closely with the WA State Manager and WA Hospital Executives to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies and Business Development. The successful candidate will focus on key service line Marketing and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of medical specialists to achieve activity and revenue targets

Key Role Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with national, state (WA) and local teams to create and implement growth and marketing strategies which result in increased hospital activity
- Analyse data to inform future strategies and capitalise on opportunities to grow our business and market share
- Collaborate with other team members from the marketing, brand, communications and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required and ensure strategic alignment
- Ensure marketing activities support the Ramsay brand and strategic aims of the organisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will also demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a similar role, executing Marketing and Business Development strategies within complex environments
- Outcome driven with demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong people management, communication and resourcing skills
- Experience working in the private health care industry is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Health is desirable
- Existing relationships with medical specialists / health care professionals is desirable
