About the role:
The role offers an opportunity to be a senior, business critical team member, working closely with the Managing Director in the design and development of marketing strategy and execution of the corporate marketing plan. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the executive and marketing teams in identifying great marketing strategies that are supported by a set of measurement metrics, so results can be assessed. A unique opportunity, the position presents as a rare, multifaceted marketing role where creative contribution is highly valued and encouraged.
Duties will include:
Corporate marketing strategy analysis and creation of a marketing plan.
Event planning and coordination.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate brand re-fresh including website re-design project.
Press and media liaison.
Management of outsourced marketing contractors ensuring effective cost and quality output.
Engagement and management of social media accounts.
Guiding and supporting on-site Marketing Managers.
Working with Leasing and Management teams on tender submission delivery.
Provide monthly marketing reports to the executive team.
Oversee management of a Digital Marketing Executive.
To be successful, you will have:
Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
Proven strategic marketing experience, ideally within property.
Excellent technical skills in digital, social media and Microsoft Office.
Strong digital marketing experience, analytical skills and computer literacy.
Experience with InDesign.
Strong understanding of business marketing and communication strategies.
Experience with campaigns and event management.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
