This national organisation relies on generous donations from supporters to carry out and provide vital healthcare services to individuals across Australia, including rural and remote areas of the country. Recently acknowledged as one of Australia's leading charities, this not-for-profit is seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnership Lead to join their accomplished Philanthropy and Partnerships team. The Role- Corporate Partnerships Lead
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partnership Lead to join a dynamic team and contribute to a growing program. In this role, you will represent the NSW section at a national level and collaborate with state teams to oversee a portfolio of high-level corporate donors. Your responsibilities include driving, delivering, and stewarding partnerships.
At the local level, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading a new partnership program. The primary focus is on delivering stable, new, and increased income, encompassing cash and gifts in kind, to support the impactful work of this well-loved health charity. Your strategic emphasis will be on cultivating long-term income through multi-year partnerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Partnership Development, Retention, and Strategic Planning
  • Formulate and execute an ongoing acquisition strategy, identifying and researching new prospects
  • Effectively manage the pipeline and activities to meet set KPIs and revenue targets
  • Engage with various business sectors to pinpoint program and funding needs that can translate into potential partnership opportunities
  • Implement programs for effective partnership stewardship and engagement
  • Collaborate with the communications team to craft compelling content for partner activations
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of partnership benefits, meeting contractual obligations, and providing regular impact/value reports in a timely manner
  • Contribute to and cooperate with the Philanthropy team and the broader fundraising team on joint activities and events.
Your Skills & Attributes:
  • Experience in a fundraising partnerships role
  • Ability to think creatively to maximise partnerships impact and value
  • Confident in external networking and relationship building
  • High level communication skills with proven ability to develop reports and proposals
  • Demonstrated success in securing multiyear, high value agreements from Corporate Partners, or managing partnerships from the Corporate side
  • Professional and confident in pitching, presenting and negotiating
  • Pro-active and highly motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • The ability to travel (on occasion) to remote locations where programs are delivered to meet with donors
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM usage
