In this exciting role, you will be providing administration support on a diverse range of high-end and complex accounting matters, and providing top-notch customer service to clients. This firm is a beautiful standout modern office with amazing facilities to make your job easier!
Some of your duties will include;
- Email management
- Setting up payment plans for clients and following up debts
- Lodging or checking the process of tax returns
- Accounting document and file management
- Liaising with clients and other external government parties such as ATO and ASIC
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
You will need at least three solid years’ experience as an Administration Assistant or Client Services Officer within public practice accounting, however, candidates who have experience in other professional service sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
