Position Summary:
As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and candidates, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area and meeting rooms.
- Master of Meetings: Take charge of all front and back of house meeting rooms, ensuring they are impeccably managed and maintained.
- Hospitality Extraordinaire: Assist in booking and overseeing the daily functioning of reception, including providing refreshments when needed.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional appearance for the reception and kitchen areas.
- Take charge of ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prepare for internal meetings diligently, ensuring no room bookings overlap and all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
- Liaise with building management and coordinate all necessary maintenance services.
- Arrange catering for various events, ensuring our team stays well-fed during town halls and other gatherings.
- Jack/Jill of All Trades: Tackle ad hoc administrative tasks with a can-do attitude.
