Job description

As the face of PKF, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude, whilst maintaining our state of the art reception area. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. 
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel valued and attended to. 
  • Handling meeting room bookings, email correspondence and mail. 
  • Managing appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings. 
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting various departments as needed.
  • Kitchen maintenance

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
