- General housekeeping of the reception and kitchen areas.
- Greeting clients, serving drinks, answering phones, and handling general office tasks.
- Keeping meeting rooms in order, booking them for partners and lawyers.
- Sorting and distributing daily mail, and helping with courier bookings.
- Assisting partners with administrative duties like scheduling lunches and meetings.
- Organising internal lunches, including CPD, Partner, and SA monthly lunches.
- Ordering and organising office supplies.
- Taking care of kitchen stock by ordering and keeping things tidy.
- Cleaning up meeting rooms at the end of the day and closing them securely.
- Helping the admin team when there's extra work.
- Previous Reception experience is not applicable but desirable.
- Candidates from Hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Well presented and good communication skills.
- Good organisation and ability to multi-task.
