We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our dynamic team. Position: Corporate Services Manager Location: Perth, WA Salary: $AUD150,000+ per year, Superannuation Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
High level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice in the areas of finance, HR, accounting, IT, safety, facility management etc.
Developing and managing administrative standards and procedures
Developing and managing administrative functions in accounting, finance, HR and facility management.
Developing and managing health and safety standards and procedures
Supporting and participating the financial reports, budgeting and forecasting
Developing and managing administrative staff to support business operation at an effective, smooth and accurate level.
Representing company in exhibitions, conventions, expos, seminars etc.
Representing company in negotiations, meetings and business visits etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Services management.
- Strong understanding of energy-saving wear-resistant materials products and the mining industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English would be advantageous due to the need to report to the parent company.
