The Role
ProRig Hardware is looking for a full-time Corporate Services Manager.
You will need to be able to provide a high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, facility management and information services.
It is essential that you develop and manage our organisation's administrative, financial, physical and staff resources. You will feel confident in analysing resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions as well as providing support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
You will also be required to represent the organisation in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting existing and new programs and policies and leading project management across international divisions for business system development and implementation.
You will be fluent in English.
Further, it will be expected that you have a relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification and at least 2 years' experience in a Business (Corporate) Services Manager role and be confident in your experience of overseeing a team.
