We are seeking a friendly Corporate Services Officer to join our team, working on a full-time basis in our Subiaco office. This role could suit an entry level or graduate looking to start a corporate office career.
The opportunity
You will be joining an established team in a warm and collaborative environment. You will be supporting our diverse Corporate Services team in a variety of ways, including the below:
- Aiding in managing telephone call overflow, seamlessly juggling multiple tasks while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Stationery & supplies stocktake and orders.
- Project Support overflow administration, including document preparation using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Management of corporate memberships.
- Travel bookings and coordination.
- Adhoc admin duties and special projects, as required.
- Meeting room maintenance and calendar coordination.
- Event and catering management.
- Mail, courier, and travel coordination.
Skills and experience you will need to thrive in this role:
- A friendly and professional nature.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and independently.
- A "can-do" and flexible attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
