Applications are sought from suitably qualified applicants wishing to be considered for the role of Team Member - Corporate Services. This role is based in Darwin, NT and supports the Darwin Operations Centre through the delivery of station management, asset management, fleet services, facilities and human resources administrative support.
This role is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day services that ensure AFP Darwin’s corporate compliance and operational readiness. You perform a range of corporate activities and are the initial point of contact for frontline enquires, escalating matters as appropriate to ensure high quality and timely corporate services in Darwin are delivered in line with the CCSU scope and standard within Central Command. Within this role you will be required to work under minimal supervision to achieve high quality results with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and suggest new ways of working within the team.
You take responsibility for achieving the objectives you are allocated and managing your work through to completion. You build effective relationships with other team members, frontline staff and other key stakeholders that is based on mutual respect and a genuine understanding of others needs to deliver high quality corporate services to the Command. You participate in cultivating a strong team culture, through your positive influence, high ethics and professional standards consistent with the AFP values, AFP Core Leadership Continuum, AFP Corporate Plan and your Performance Development Agreement.
