We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for our corporate clients. This includes booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to search and book flights, hotels, and other travel services
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and deals for clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or similar role
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (some days in-office, some days remote)
