We are currently seeking a full-time ICT Sales Representative for our business in Sydney.
● Capture and analysis potential new leads and capitalise leads from different sources, update any information obtained on potential client businesses.
● Continuously maintain employer’s high level competitiveness, understanding the goods and services offered by competitors and prevailing market conditions.
● Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both current and prospective clients. Analyze and comprehend their business needs, presenting effective and efficient solutions in their best interests.
● Evaluate customer requirements, articulate how employer can best address those needs, and provide quotations.
● Provide recommendations and suggestions on prices and follow credit terms; capture, secure and document order details.
● Achieve revenue KPI by capitalizing on all leads, encompassing new business, recycling opportunities, and upselling prospects.
● Coordinate the logistics of goods delivery, equipment installation, and service provision.
● Stay informed about our products and services, as well as industry trends, to convey the value proposition to clients.
● Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with orders and serivces, address and resolve any issues.
● Prepare sales reports, and maintain and submit records of business expenses incurred
● Keep track of sales report, including pending quotations, leads, and opportunities within our internal system.
In return you will receive:
● Package: $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
● Position: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
● Ongoing support from our team
Requirements of position
● Relevant Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. 5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
