About The role
In this role, you will work alongside Doyles Guide listed Lawyers within a premier Corporate team. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to high-profile clients on various Corporate issues, including Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and the Equity Capital Market.
About You
We're in search of an energetic and versatile Associate/Senior Associate with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who possesses:
- An accredited Law Degree from Australia or New Zealand, backed by a strong academic record.
- The capability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Superior problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to efficiently manage time and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Top of market remuneration: With no billing targets, you will receive in person month reviews, which can lead to a monthly cash bonus of up to 50% monthly salary.
- Support & Mentorship: Fully supported by an excellent team if junior lawyers, graduates, clerks and Paralegals, as well as mentorship from Partners and senior Lawyers, who have extensive top tier and international experience,
