Address You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks
Handling inbound calls and emails
Meeting, greeting and farewelling clients
Scheduling client appointments
Providing admin support to the team
Ensuring clients receive high level of customer service throughout their appointment
Liaise with stylists and colourists to ensure smooth and harmonious running of the salon
Manage reception area
Controlling client waitlist
Light cleaning may be required
Assisting with social media when required
