Work for a Leading Mining ClientCompetitive Pay RateWorking in the CBDAbout the Role:WorkPac on behalf of our leading mining client we are seeking an experienced Cost Control professional to join the Brisbane based team.Key Responsibilities:Perform cost control activities including commitment management, invoice processing, and forecasting for assigned projectsRaise purchase requisitions and process invoicesCollaborate with Project Leaders to confirm commitment scope and validate payment substantiationEnsure estimate and schedule compliance aligns with cash flow forecasts in coordination with Project LeadersDevelop SAP Work Breakdown Structures, project control accounts and budgetsGenerate accurate reports incorporating cost control curves as requiredMonitor project variations, manage Final Forecast Control, and implement risk mitigation strategiesKey Requirements:Requirements: Minimum 3 years of cost control experience in a projectâs portfolio environment (preferably mining but not a must)Tertiary education preferredTools: PRISM and SAP (preferably Powerbi but now a must)Job Reference Number: BSINDJ2024126307How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact Rebecca Ross on (02) 4927 7766 quoting the above reference number.About WorkPac:The WorkPac Group is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business.
