The College is seeking a motivated and highly organised person to provide administrative support to the College Council, Council Committees and the Penrhos College Foundation Board, and to the Director of Finance & Administration. This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) role working during school term times only on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The Council and Committees Administrator will have a diverse range of duties and pro-actively support the Director, Finance & Administration along with providing administrative support to the College Council and the Foundation Board. Due to Council and Foundation meetings being held outside of school hours, there will be a requirement to attend meetings after hours which will be compensated as TOIL.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role with an exemplary standard of professionalism, organisation, accuracy and attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Providing administrative support to the Director, Finance & Administration
- Executive assistance to the College Council and Foundation Board, including collating and issuing documentation for all meetings
- Meeting coordination and schedule organisation for the College Council, Council Committees and the Foundation Board
- Taking minutes for College Council, Council Committee and Foundation Board meetings.
- Monitoring and responding to correspondence and phone calls.
- Other tasks and duties as required.
