This position is accountable to provide administration support to the Australian Growth group. This role provides support for all administrative tasks for all projects.
**This role is primarily based at Perth Head Office, however, occasional site travel to different projects may be required.

Description
Key Responsibilities:1. General
- Freight bookings.
- Support supply order co-ordination (PPE & Team events).
- Support HR with on boarding and off boarding employees.
- Support Business Development on Community investment opportunities.
- Document formatting.
- Ad Hoc requests as required.
- Support finance in the goods receipting process.
- Assist with credit card reconciliations.
- Support Finance with employee expense reimbursements.
- Book flights and accommodation.
- Adhoc on site outage support on request.
- Support roster updates.
- Book operational training requirements.
- Support site training mobilisation.
- Update training compliance records.
- Numbering and identification of documents.
- Filing and organisation of documents (both electronic and / or hard copies).
- Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance during project life cycle.
- Maintenance of a list register of applicable documents.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following skills,
- Certificate III in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working from an administration perspective on projects and project life cycles.
- Ability to learn and adapt.
- Strong culture fit; Friendly, bubbly, hard working and collaborative.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites.
- Experience in Mobilisation or Site administration would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with Internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self motivated.
