About the role

The RTO Administrator understands and ensures compliance and system requirements for all training and assessing deliveries are being met by the RTO. 

You will be the first point of contact and support to campus-based students, ensuring the enquiry processing and provision of information to students are accomplished within the established timeframes.

Responsibilities Include

• Student Onboarding
• Student related ongoing enquires and progression reporting
• Campus operational logistics
• Office administration Support  
• Incoming and outgoing telephone support

• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Continuous improvement mindset 
• Effective team player, supporting and coaching trainers when required to ensure understanding of compliance adherence needs
• VET sector and reporting experience essential
• Willingness to obtain/ provide WWCC and police clearance
• Knowledge and experience with a student management system and AVETMISS software (VETTRAK)
• Knowledge of WA Government Funding
