Do you have a passion for crafting products and insights with data to grow the ecommerce business of international Selling Partners on Amazon.com.au? Excited by a globally focused role working with international teams? We are looking for a highly skilled, business savvy, analytical, data-driven and strategic leader to drive and scale Australia's third-party-marketplace for international Selling Partners.
As Country Development Manager, you will be driving programs centrally across varying regions, analyzing data and trends to find opportunities and make recommendations to help increase the selection offered by international Selling Partners in Australia, as well as helping define the strategy and launch critical Tech features to unlock the growth of the business. You will be given opportunities to work with senior stakeholders across the globe, while being a key member of the Amazon Australia local business.
Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home leveraging technology.

Key job responsibilities
· Bachelor Degree required · 5-8 years of relevant work experience in online or offline product or program management, hands-on management consulting, or related field
· Experience in a technology environment favorable, as well as background in data science/analytics, product and/or program management
· Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
· Identify customer value and recommendations for business growth. Provide deep dive analysis across segments and transform analytical output into actionable insights, build materials, and engage stakeholders throughout the process (from scoping to execution)
· Significant proficiency in SQL and other languages like Python, desirable. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
· Working with global stakeholder's Chinese Mandarin language skills are essential for this role

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
