PAY RANGE: genU Training Enterprise Agreement $39.83 - $41.47 per hour ($78,704.08 - $81,944.72 per annum)

We are looking for a Course and Content Specialistwith a passion for delivering simple, concise yet emotive communications.
The Course and Content Specialist will be the conduit between the Learning Design and Experience Team and the Marketing Team, creating factual, engaging and informative course content in digital and hard copy formats. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality and consistency in course communication across multiple channels, striking a balance between educational information and learner focused messaging that resonates and engages.
This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at the genU Support Hub in Geelong - hybrid work options available.
About YouOur ideal Course and Content Specialistwill hold a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field, or have proven experience in content creation and writing, preferably in an educational or training context.
You will also have the following:
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and work to project deadlines
- Experience with CMS and web-based email platforms
- Working knowledge of the VET sector is highly desirable
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion, or a willingness to complete
