We are seeking a social, engaged and enthusiastic Community Manager to lead and operate and be the face of Work Tank.
With a strong customer service focus for the members of our community, you will ideally have a hospitality background and be passionate about supporting our members to have their most productive workdays possible. This is a dynamic role that encompasses sales, events, marketing, customer service and lot’s of fun!
About The Role
With no two days the same, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Work Tank co-working space
This includes:
- Welcome and greeting members & their guests
- Operating our reception / concierge & virtual reception services
- Maintaining the general cleanliness of shared facilities such as the communal kitchens, bathrooms and meeting rooms
- Maintain general facility management
- Order inventory required such as food and beverage, stationery and general supplies
- Coordinate and attend after hours community events such as member spotlight & networking, wellness events and other events hosted at Work Tank
- Manage the software operating system that supports the member experience and customer relationship management
- Conduct tours for prospective members, manage a sales pipeline and manage member onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with members taking a keen interest in their business and forming potential connections between members by way of introduction
- Marketing tasks including social media posts, email newsletters and managing our online listings
As someone who is passionate about customer service, you will be able to:
- Manage multiple tasks with an always ‘on’, positive, customer facing attitude
- Strong time & task management is a must
- An autonomous and independent person with a “can do” attitude
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong communication skills easily connecting with co-working members
- Prepare community catering such as coffee, warm breakfasts, working lunches and grazing snacks
Your career history thus far:
- Customer Service and/or sales experience
- Hospitality training & experience is ideal
