Created By Clint is expanding our Sydney events team and we need a a junior Creative Events Assistant to join the team. It's a role with incredible diversity with on the job training and never a dull moment. This is the perfect job for a events graduate who is looking to launch their event career with a design business.
Who is our new events person?
You are a person who loves working in a small, creative team who are creating incredible events for people. This is a physical role and requires a willing and able person who likes getting their hands dirty too.

Production Assistant Responsibilities:
- Creating event Bump In / Out Documents
- Learn and maintaining the highest OH&S documents & standards
- Assisting with packing lists, event inventory and stock control
- Purchasing and sourcing events materials for all events
- Sourcing quotes for all hire equipment & arranging delivery
- Booking trucks and transport for all events
- Setting up event activation across our network of event locations
- Painting and touching up on site
- Hanging floral, lights and taping down cables
- Cleaning and getting the site ready for hand over
- Organising the warehouse
- Meeting deliveries & arranging drop off times
- Driving to and from locations to collect styling & set pieces
