Creative Marketing Manager

This is a terrific opportunity to join a progressive and extremely fast paced premium cocktail drinks business as Creative Brand / Marketing Manager. Working directly with the founder and Managing Director you will be involved across the whole lifecycle of the brand from NPD, strategic planning, promotion, distribution, trade marketing and activation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing marketing and brand strategic plans for the brand portfolio to ensure optimal performance across all channels
- Marketing and budget management ensuring activities are aligned to positive sales outcomes
- Analyse brand positioning and development across all SKUs
- Management of external agencies including Brand, Digital and PR
- Maintaining an ongoing industry presence and knowledge of the market
- Work collaboratively with creative lead, operations and sales including their key industry distributor.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- 5+years experience in Marketing, Communications or Creative Agency
- Proven experience developing Creative Marketing strategies within the liquor industry
- Highly developed communications skills with excellent attention to detail.
