About You:

We are looking for an analytically minded person who is passionate about developing their career and expertise within the Sustainability & Community Impact team. Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in sustainability, financial services and/or analysis.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets to extract relevant insights.
  • Experience contributing to reports, with the ability to present information in clear, concise, and engaging ways.
  • Project coordination and/or administration experience, including strong skills with programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrates strong values and ethics and is a strategic problem solver who is able to role model a sustainability and solutions focused mindset to the team and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and the capacity to manage competing demands.
  • Knowledge of ESG and climate datasets and reporting standards and understanding of B Corp principles would be highly desirable, as would experience in developing communication strategies and change management.
