Credit Analyst / Broker Assistant & Loan Processor

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Analyst / Broker Assistant & Loan Processor to join one of Australia’s top brokerages.

Working in a close knit, energetic team, you will be utilising your skills to ensure a seamless and excellent process for our clients. You will gain invaluable experience and broaden your knowledge working alongside our award-winning brokers.

Required skills:

• Minimum of two years loan packaging & processing experience
• MyCRM, ApplyOnline & Quickli 
• Ability to review & interpret income documentation to assess client serviceability
• Ability to problem solve client scenarios
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload & work well to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritise and think proactively
• Provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
• Experience working on complex files
• Certificate IV & Diploma in Financial Services

Your responsibilities will include:

• General broker assisting duties;
• Assisting with structuring lending advise
• Loan processing & packaging
• Communicating with clients, lenders & aligned professionals
• Managing the end-to-end loan process
• Preparing compliance documentation
• Lodging loan applications and following up lenders
• Drafting and managing internal & external communications
• Data entry
• Organising valuations & pricing approvals
• Booking & organising settlements with clients, solicitors & lenders
• Ensuring all files are compliant

The Salary:

• $75,000 - $105,000 package
