Credit Controller to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
- Ensure compliance with established credit and collection policies and procedures.
- Monitor credit limits and terms for customers.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories.
- Daily management of the NCI Credentials portal.
- Verify and update customer information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the debtors' file.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using financial software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
