Their commitment to excellence and growth has led us to seek a talented Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. Your new role
Ensure compliance with established credit and collection policies and procedures.
Monitor credit limits and terms for customers.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories.
Daily management of the NCI Credentials portal.
Verify and update customer information as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the debtors' file.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control or related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using financial software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP).
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
