As one of the established and rapidly growing organization, my client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team, due to their remarkable track record and growth in their business based in Silverwater. This is a 3 months temporary full time position . This role would be ideal for someone who has some exposure within the credit control function.
About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Reporting into a supportive and nurturing Manager:
Your duties include:
Creating customer accounts
Following up on email and invoices
Some elements of chasing up overdue accounts
Setting credit limits
Receipting, allocation and reconciliation of payments to customer accounts
Assisting in the management of DSO figures
Contracts management
Assist within other finance duties
Ideal Profile
This opportunity is for someone who has experience within end-to-end Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller duties with an Accounting background. You will also bring:
Diploma/Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related work experience
Prior experience in a similar role ( 1 year or more )
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exposure to large ERP systems
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Good at time management and problem solving
Ability to work under minimal supervision and self starter
Exposure working in a fast paced environment
Benefits
$34 - $40 per hour + Super (based on experience)
Role is till end of August 2024
