The organisation provides premium professional services to corporations, businesses and governments throughout Australia and internationally. About The Role
The position of Credit Controller will play an important role in the process of collection procedures within the organisation. They are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meticulously monitoring of debtor ledgers and initiating seamless collection various debtor ledgers
- Fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and practice groups
- Conducting comprehensive credit assessments and generating relevant credit notes
- Raising credit notes and actioning relevant reports
To be successful you will be a enthusiastic and driven accounts professional with proven Credit Controller or Collections experience ideally from a professional services environment.
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Aderant Expert knowledge is highly desired
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines is essential
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or credit position
- Strong organisational skills and a high sense of confidentiality and discretion
