About the role

Reporting to the Manager Credit & Accounts Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mixed retail lending arrears, ensuring that delinquency queues are kept to a minimum through contacting customers and negotiating repayment arrangements. This role can be worked from the Perth or Coffs Harbour offices.
  
What will you bring?

  • Outstanding communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to have difficult conversations and deal positively with customers facing financial difficulty
  • High level of productivity
  • Strong negotiation skills  
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but training will be provided.
  
This position is suited to a motivated, enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate strong customer service abilities, attention to detail and is committed to working as part of a team.
