Finance Manager

Join Pioneer Credit as a Finance Manager and play a fundamental role in leading and developing the Finance Team alongside the Head of Finance. As the Finance Manager you will ensure all financial statements, systems, practices are completed and compliant with relevant accounting principles, and other regulatory requirements in a timely manner. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Preparation and technical delivery of annual and half-year financial statements; 
• Cash flow monitoring; 
• Compliance with statutory taxation and regulatory obligations; 
• Review and improve current models and processes;
• Undertake Ad hoc projects assigned by senior management;
• Coaching and development of team members; 
• Drive process improvement initiatives. 

About You: 

• Bachelor Of Commerce (or equivalent) 
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Technical knowledge of accounting standards and interpretations.
• Liaison with external auditors and internal audit.  
• Preparation of statutory financial statements and accompanying notes. 
• Strong Communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills, with proven ability to develop and implement financial models.
