The Role:
Your daily duties will include however not be limited to;
Collection and management of overdue accounts 60 and 90 days
Reducing DSO's
Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
Reconciling customer accounts
Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries
Developing monthly/weekly performance reports
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
Meeting monthly Cash Targets
Effective time management skills within a busy, high-pressured and changing environment
The Candidate:
You must have excellent customer service skills and possess good verbal and communication skills. Ability to effectively reduce DSO's and manage your own ledger. You will be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
